50. Plaintiff to produce with plaint document sued on

50. If a plaintiff sues upon a document in his possession or power, he shall produce it in court when the plaint is presented, and shall at the same time deliver the document or a copy thereof to be filed with the plaint.

Where an action brought in Ceylon on the judgment of an Indian court it is sought to produce in evidence a copy of the judgment. It must be either a sealed one or signed one by the Judge.
